Your Privacy is assured
with Thomas M. Kablik, P.C.
Social Security Numbers of
clients are given to Town Clerks as mandated by law as a requirement to record
documents (conveyance tax statements containing the numbers are not
public documents).
Should a client need a
Federal Tax Identification Number, a Social Security Number will be shared with
the IRS and a Certified Public Accountant who is obtaining such Identification
Number (presently CPA, Wayne B. Huck, P.C. obtains Federal Tax ID Numbers
without charge for clients of Thomas M. Kablik, P.C.).
Clients’ records are not
stored physically or electronically at any place or with any party other than
with the offices of Thomas M.
Kablik, P.C. If a Social Security
Number or other personal data is requested by any other third party, the client
will be contacted for his or her permission prior to any release of
information.
